Shown below are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) which we have compiled over time. If there are any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Is Travel included?

We provide parties to anywhere within a 20 mile radius with no additional cost, anywhere further than 20 miles and there is a charge of 45p per mile (cost applies after the first 20 miles).

What times can I have a party?

Morning slot – 10 am – 1 pm.

Afternoon slot – 3 pm – 6 pm.

There will be a surcharge if any time of the party is between 1pm – 3pm.

What do I need to provide?

You will need to provide:

  • The venue
  • Party bags
  • Food

Pass the Parcel (for Emerald or Sapphire packages; pass the parcel is included in Ruby and Diamond packages)

What do we provide?

We provide:

  • Entertainment
  • Sound and lighting equipment
  • Prizes
  • Sweets/chocolate
  • Present and certificate for the birthday boy/girl, tiara for the birthday girl
  • Mask and Cape
  • Wand and Tiara
  • Pass the Parcel (only for two hour parties – Diamond or Ruby package)
What is a suitable place for a party?

You can use places like:

  • Village Halls
  • Community Centres
  • Function Rooms
  • Etc

You can get in touch with your local council and they will be able to advise you of rooms that are available.

Please note that we need 1 hour before the party to set up and 30 mins after to pack down. We can adapt the party to suit almost any room but if in doubt please call us on 07852 524667 or email enquiries@prettysuperparties.co.uk
Remember that we will need access to park close to the venue to unload and load our equipment and easy access to a power socket.

Can I have a party at my house?

Yes. We can provide parties in the comfort of your own home, as long as you have enough space to play party games.
We also need a table in order to set up a small PA system, 1 chair and easy access to a power socket.

Do I need any other entertainment eg. a bouncy castle?

No. We provide all the entertainment for your party. We do not recommend booking a bouncy castle as it is very distracting for the children.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes. We have public liability insurance of £10 million, through our membership of Equity.

Do you have CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) / DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)?

All our performers are CRB / DBS checked.

Is all your electrical equipment safe?

All of our electrical equipment is regularly PAT tested.
